How do I return an item I have purchased?
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased item, you can send it back within 14 days for a full refund. Return postage costs must be paid for by the customer and will be charged according to your local postal rates.
The returned item has to be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, including all packaging and tags). Once we have received your return and inspected and processed the goods, your money will be refunded to the card used to make the original purchase, as quickly as possible.
To return any items from your order please fill out the Returns Form (download) and send it to LOOKK, with your returned items, to the address below:

Simply take your parcel to your local post office, where you’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. Returns will be charged according to your local postal rates.
Please note that you are not sending the parcel back to the designer but to the LOOKK customer care and quality assurance team.
